With 38 years of hands-on machining experience, Andy brings a rare combination of deep technical mastery and practical leadership to high-precision, high-demand manufacturing environments. He began his career through a formal moldmaking apprenticeship program, earning journeyman credentials and building a strong foundation in precision manufacturing. As a master machinist by trade, his background spans contract machining and tool-and-die / plastic injection mold manufacturing, with extensive experience in complex 3D and 5-axis machining. However, his true passion is the Fluid End manufacturing business. With 19 years Sales and Supervisory experience within the oil and gas industry, he knows it very well.
