Quality People Make Quality Molds

Our toolmakers are some of the best in industry. They vary with years of experience ranging from apprentice to 25+ years. We structure our tool building with a team approach, with two main teams of toolmakers each with their own strengths to cater to your specific tooling request. The two teams are led by our top two most experienced journeyman toolmakers, and are comprised of multiple other journeyman toolmakers and apprentices, allowing for tooling to have multiple sets of eyes on it prior to being released for production to ensure success of the build.

Infrastructure

Although talented, well-trained people are the main ingredient for our mold builds; outfitting them for success is key! With our advanced assembly areas, an abundance of cranes, and high-tech updated toolroom equipment each journeyman mold maker is set up for successful high-quality tool builds. Our mold makers work in teams to ensure full-service mold making and mold refurbishment over two shifts. With apprenticeship training programs in place, we can ensure each of our talented employees is fully trained to build your mold, no matter what type of build you need.

Injection molds are intricate pieces of machinery when completed, and the backbone of a successful mold build stems from top-notch communication.
