Bob & Denise Mantz
Founder's
Started in 1989 by Denise and Robert J. Mantz, Mantz Automation, Inc. has been built on the principles of customer service and competitive pricing.
Mantz Automation grew quickly through the early 90’s by identifying our customers’ requirements and responding quickly. As our customer base grew, we invested in new technology and new ideas. Investments included machinery, but we also invested in our people. Mantz Automation is truly proud of our strong “family” of employees. Many employees have been with the company for over 20 years. Experienced toolmakers interact directly with our customers, allowing information to flow quickly and accurately. Our investments in machinery and people allowed our customers to meet their price points in the new global market place.
The Next Generation
35 years of progress has brought Mantz Automaton to this exciting time of generational transition. As Bob and Denise make plans to start a new chapter in their lives. Their three sons and daughter are making the move to become the new guiding force of Mantz Automation. Each of these individuals bring a different and complementary skillset to the company.
Nicholas (Nick) Mantz
Estimator
Nick has worked at Mantz Automation for many years. Starting with sweeping floors and handling odd jobs. His attention quickly moved to the CNC department. Like his father before him, Nick’s skillset grew quickly and during his years as an apprentice he set himself up for future success. Currently Nick can be found in the front office heading up the estimating department and crafting the future policies that will guide Mantz Automation into our next chapter.
David (Dave) Mantz
Design Engineer
Dave is a long-time member of the Mantz Automation team. Dave started his career in the CNC department. Dave also learned the business from the bottom up. When Mantz Automaton needed a Design Engineer Dave was up to the challenge. Dave currently is one of Mantz’s most senior Design Engineers.
Michael (Mike) Mantz
IT Administrator
Mike took a different path to Mantz Automation from his brothers. Mike spent years studying computer networks and systems. Mike has worked in several different industries as a computer specialist. When it became apparent that Mantz needed a computer network specialist, we didn’t have to look far. Mike now heads up the growing IT department.
Samantha (Sam) Precord
Administrator
Sam’s career path has taken her through a wide range of industries and disciplines, with early studies in culinary management to later pursuits in health and wellness, safety training, and aquatics facility operations. Along the way, she developed an understanding of business development, leadership, HR, and compliance. Her experience has made her a go-to resource for safety training and administrative policy. Today, Sam brings all of that knowledge together to support organizational growth at Mantz Automation.
